Conference and Meeting Facilities Room Only
A Conference Room on the ground floor of the Centre is available for hire at the rate of £120 per day. The full day allows access by the hirer and guests from 8.30 am. - 5.30 pm. The room can be hired on a sessional basis (i.e. morning 8.30 am -12.30 /afternoon 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm) at £60 per session or £20 per hour.
The nave of the church is available alongside for display or for catering/breakout space

Reception Facility
A reception service can be provided to greet your visitors and distribute conference materials and information as required. Messages for both hirer and guests will be taken and distributed at appropriate points during the day.
Presentation Equipment
Overhead projection equipment with wall mounted or free standing screen facility, digital projector/laptop, Free standing flipchart easel plus paper & pens, PA System, (equipment is charged at 50% of full day rate for sessional bookings). All other day rate charges are charged at full rate, details are available on request).
Catering
Tea/coffee & soft drinks/water can be made available at a small cost or outside food can be arranged by request
